About Us

We treat continence and pelvic health issues across all ages and genders. All of our physiotherapists have postgraduate training in Men’s, Women’s and pelvic health physiotherapy. We also manage all physiotherapy aspects of pregnancy and post-delivery -such as abdominal separation and therapeutic ultrasound for mastitis and blocked ducts.

Peninsula Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy was founded in 2010 by Caroline Bender and continues today in Frankston and Dromana. Rebecca Bruce and Kat Walker became directors of the company in 2023 after Caroline decided to begin transitioning to her retirement in the Macedon Ranges.

We provide a face-to-face service for those local to Frankston and across the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. We are dedicated to helping individuals regain control, confidence, and comfort in their lives.

The pelvic floor is a sling of muscles that provide support for the bladder, bowel and reproductive organs -dysfunction in these muscles can result in pain, incontinence and other bothersome symptoms. All of our physiotherapists have postgraduate training in this dedicated field of physiotherapy.

The Pelvic Health special interest area grew from what started as “Women’s Health Physiotherapy”. For this reason, we also treat mastitis and blocked ducts with therapeutic ultrasound therapy.

Usanee “Cee” Heron and Kat Walker offer services to help children and adolescents.

We understand pelvic health problems can be embarrassing to talk about. It is our absolute aim that everyone who attends our clinic be treated with empathy, understanding and respect.
