I graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011, and have been lucky enough to work on the Mornington Peninsula since.

In 2016 I completed post-graduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Musculoskeletal Conditions in Women at the University of Melbourne. My motivation was to gain a greater understanding of the pelvic floor and pelvis so that I could help my clients more effectively. After graduation, I gained great experience working within a Continence Clinic, working with patients experiencing issues with bladder and bowel, as well as pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.

I have also completed further training in dry needling, management of pelvic pain and more recently, abdominal separation (DRAM). I have a special interest in helping patients suffering from greater trochanteric pain syndrome (lateral hip pain), as well as pregnancy related and post-natal musculoskeletal conditions.

I have completed extensive Pilates training and gained Polestar Pilates Australia certification in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Series. I have also done DMA (Dance Medicine Australia) Pilates training. I offer Pilates services via Pinnacle Physiotherapy in Dromana.

My passion is to help people improve their health and wellbeing. I use a holistic approach with a combination of education, manual therapy and exercise therapy to managing injuries and conditions. My aim is to empower you to confidently self-manage your problems and achieve your health and fitness goals.

Outside work, I love walking on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and further afield. I practise my own Pilates and Yoga but also love more vigorous exercise: playing basketball, netball, golf, and running, having played national and international level tennis in the past. I am also proud to say that I have completed 2 half marathons!
